How Do I Connect My Twitter Page

Simply connect your Twitter Page through our Content Manager

This topic includes both desktop and mobile versions on how to connect your Facebook Page


Warning: If you are unable to select the platform you wish to use it means you did not select this platform in your plan. If you wish to acquire this platform in addition to your other platforms please go to the services section of your Client Portal here.


Linking a Twitter Page (Desktop):


Before you link your Twitter account, please make sure that you have the correct credentials for the twitter account you are trying to link. If you do not have a Twitter page currently please contact us at info@socialstride.co.uk


1. From your Content Manager dashboard, Click "Accounts" from the left-hand side menu bar and then on the pop-up please select "Connect Account".

2. Once the page has loaded, you will see the "Twitter" section of the page.

3. Click "Connect Profile"

4. You will know be redirected to Twitter, please follow the instructions they set out allowing SocialPilot to have access to your page.


If connected successfully you will receive a green pop up informing you it has been connected.

Linking a Facebook Account (Mobile):

Before you link your Twitter account, please make sure that you have the correct credentials for the twitter account you are trying to link. If you do not have a Twitter page currently please contact us at info@socialstride.co.uk


Before you begin download the SocialPilot application from your smartphones app store


1. Click the three lines at the top left of your device to open up the side menu.

2. Select "Manage Accounts" from the menu

3. From the Manage Accounts section click the blue "Connect Accounts >" button located in the centre of the screen

4. Select the "Twitter Page" button to connect your Twitter Page

5. You will be taken to sign in to your twitter profile. Please complete this to authorise our access.


If connected successfully you will receive a green pop up informing you it has been connected.
