How Do I Connect My Facebook Page?
Simply connect your Facebook Page through our Content Manager
This topic includes both desktop and mobile versions on how to connect your Facebook Page
Warning: If you are unable to select the platform you wish to use it means you did not select this platform in your plan. If you wish to acquire this platform in addition to your other platforms please go to the services section of your Client Portal here.
Linking a Facebook Account (Desktop):
Before you link your Facebook Account, please make sure that you have the correct credentials for the Facebook account you are trying to link. Also that you have admin access to the page you wish to link. If you do not have a Facebook Page currently please contact us at info@socialstride.co.uk.
1. From your Content Manager dashboard, Click "Accounts" from the left-hand side menu bar and then on the pop-up please select "Connect Account".
2. Once the page has loaded, you will see the "Facebook" section of the page.
3. Click "Connect Page"
4. You will know be redirected to Facebook, please follow the instructions they set out allowing SocialPilot to have access to your page.
5. When you return to your Content Manager you will see your Facebook Pages, tick the selected page and then click "Connect Account".
If connected successfully you will receive a green pop up informing you it has been connected.
Linking a Facebook Account (Mobile):
Before you link your Facebook Account, please make sure that you have the correct credentials for the Facebook account you are trying to link. Also that you have admin access to the page you wish to link. If you do not have a Facebook Page currently please contact us at info@socialstride.co.uk.
Before you begin download the SocialPilot application from your smartphones app store
1. Click the three lines at the top left of your device to open up the side menu.
2. Select "Manage Accounts" from the menu
3. From the Manage Accounts section click the blue "Connect Accounts >" button located in the centre of the screen
4. Select the "Facebook Page" button to connect your Facebook Page then you will see a pop up like the one shown below. Please click continue.
5. Next follow the steps by signing into your Facebook Account, and allowing SocialPilot access to your Pages.
6. Once connected this will take you back to the SocialPilot application, select which page you wish to connect by ticking that page. Then select the tick in the top right corner.
If connected successfully you will receive a pop up message confirming it has been connected successfully.
