How Do I Connect My Instagram Page?

Please note you will only be able to link your Instagram Page via Desktop and not the mobile application.

Warning: If you are unable to select the platform you wish to use it means you did not select this platform in your plan. If you wish to acquire this platform in addition to your other platforms please go to the services section of your Client Portal here.

Linking Your Instagram Page (Desktop):

Before you link your Instagram Page, please note that your Instagram Business Page must be linked to your Facebook Account to connect. make sure that you have the correct credentials for the Facebook account you are trying to link. Also that you have admin access to the page you wish to link. If you do not have a Instagram Page currently please contact us at info@socialstride.co.uk.

1. From your Content Manager dashboard, click "Accounts" from the left-hand side menu bar and then on the pop-up please select "Connect Account".

2. Once the page has loaded, you will see the "Instagram" section of the page.

3. Click "Connect Page"

4. You will now be redirected to Facebook (Instagram's Partner Company). Please follow the instructions they set out allowing SocialPilot to have access to your Instagram page.

5. When you return to your Content Manager you will see your Instagram Pages, tick the selected page and then "Connect Account". 

If connected successfully you will receive a green pop up informing you it has been connected.
