How do I cancel my subscription?

We hope to never see you leave Social Stride, and if you ever have doubts please get in contact with us so we can resolve any issues/questions you might have!


However, if you would like to cancel your subscription with us here is how:


  1. Sign in to your client portal
  2. On the left-hand side menu, select "Subscriptions" under the "Account" category
  3. Click on your Order ID under the "ID" column

4. In the top right corner of the page, click on the three dots and then select "Cancel Subscription". You will then see a pop up asking if you are sure you want to cancel. If you would still like to cancel then click the red "Cancel Subscription" button.

5. The status of the subscription will then say "Pending Cancellation". It will stay like this until the last day of your paid month and then will be "Cancelled". 


Please note you will not be charged again unless you purchase one of our services.
